Still recall the impressive training by veteran trainer Eliza... and feeling the challenge to rise up to be the world class guide she is. Together with Sheldon and Jackie, we had everything we needed to give it our best shot and we had good success together (as a docent guide)! 💪🏼😎

The training was well developed, the trainers focused on taking our strengths & coaching us to add on what I think is the essence - our stories - to inspire.

The training has significantly boosted my confidence in conducting tours. I now feel well-prepared and empowered to provide meaningful and inclusive guiding experiences.
