Once we drop you off at the hotel, you’ll have some free time to relax and get settled after your flight.

Day 2 - BEST OF TAIPEI

Today, we’ll explore Taipei’s iconic sights using the convenient Taipei Metro. Experience the traditional flavors of Nanmen Market, stroll through the historic Chiang Kai-shek Memorial Hall, and take in breathtaking city views from Taiwan’s tallest skyscraper, Taipei 101 Observatory. We’ll end the day in Ximending, immersing ourselves in the vibrant heart of Taiwan’s subculture.

Nanmen Traditional Market
Nanmen Market is the oldest traditional market in Taipei, recently renovated to be bright, clean, and welcoming. Here, you’ll find a wide variety of ingredients and snacks, and it remains a key destination for locals shopping during festivals. Visiting Nanmen Market offers a chance to taste authentic local foods, discover Taiwan’s unique culinary culture, and experience the vibrant, everyday life of Taipei.

The Historical Chiang Kai Shek Memorial Hall
The architecture of the memorial hall and the changing of the guard ceremony are both impressive. You can also learn the history of Taiwan and of Chiang Kai-Shek’s life at the museum or admire the beautiful Chinese-style garden outside.

The Tallest Skyscraper in Taiwan:Taipei 101
Taipei 101, Taipei’s iconic skyscraper and once the world’s tallest building, is a must-visit landmark. Day 3 - BEST OF TAIPEI

Admire the architectural and folk beauty of Longshan Temple, wander through the historic streets of Dihua Street, and try your hand at making pineapple cakes. In the evening, we’ll visit Shilin Night Market for a true local food adventure.

Longshan Temple: A Feast of Architecture & Folk Culture
It is a famous and historical temple with the exquisite structure of the building. You can try to communicate with the gods by throwing divining blocks or drawing divining lots and sample people in the ritual as they do on a daily basis

Dihua Street
Dihua Street is a real mix of residential and commercial district. So you can learn about the living culture and art. You will find textile market, farmer's market as well as artisan stores, tea shops, cafe and Chinese medicine stores.

Food and Fun: Pineapple Cake Making
Taiwanese Pineapple Cakes are one of Taiwan's best food souvenirs. They are also called Pineapple Tarts or Pineapple Shortbread. They taste amazing when served with a cup of hot tea. Today, you could make your own pineapple cake.

Shilin Night Market: A Superb Adventure of Local Food
Shilin Night Market is the one of the largest night markets in Taipei. It was built as early as 1899 and the market is famous for having a vast variety of food.

Day 4 - YEHLIU AND SHIFEN

Yehliu Geopark is home to some of the world’s most unique rock formations, most famously the “Queen’s Head.” Over years of weathering and erosion, these rocks have been shaped into a fascinating array of natural sculptures.

Back to the Old Times - Shifen Old street
Next, we will head to the nostalgic Shifen Old Street, which is famous for its close proximity to passing trains, giving you the unique experience of walking right next to the tracks.

Let's Make a wish - Sky Lantern
While at Shifen Old Street, we will also arrange for you to participate in the traditional activity of releasing sky lanterns.

Day 5 - SUN MOON LAKE

Today, we will leave Taipei and head to the beautiful Sun Moon Lake. After approximately a 3-hour drive, we will arrive at Taiwan’s most famous lake—Sun Moon Lake.

Visit the lakeside area, explore the culture of the local Thao tribe in Ita Thao, and ride the Sun Moon Lake Ropeway for panoramic views. Experience the perfect harmony of nature and culture.

Sun Moon Lake attracts those who love mountains and the outdoors to find peace and contentment from its unpredictable natural appearance. There are several ways to explore the area; you can take a boat, bike, kayak or drive around the lake.

A hungry stomach is a prerequisite for a gastronomic adventure in Ita Thao. It is the place to be for those who love food. You should try the foods here like wild boar sausage / skewers, roasted millet mochi, bamboo rice, etc.

Sun Moon Lake Ropeway - Enjoy the Lake from Up Top
Take the Sun Moon Lake Cable Car, enjoying a bird’s-eye view of the lake, surrounding mountains, and the natural scenery from above.

Day 6 - SUN MOON LAKE AND TAICHUNG

Make Your Own Black Tea
Sun Moon Lake is famous for producing high-quality tea, and we will guide you through a traditional tea-making experience. Miyahara Eye Hospital - Don't Scream, It's Just Ice Cream!
It was an eye clinic during the time of the Japanese occupation and it has been converted into an ice cream shop. It serves more than 30 flavors including fruit, Chinese tea and over 18 different types of chocolate flavors.

Do i need to purchase travel insurance?

You should purchase as soon as you can, no later than 3 days before departure.

How do I confirm my booking?

Your booking is confirmed upon receipt of the required deposit and written confirmation from our team. A formal confirmation email and invoice will be issued thereafter.

What is the minimum group size?

Most of our tours require a minimum number of participants to operate. If the minimum group size is not met, we will notify you at least 14 days before departure and offer alternative options where possible.

What happens if the tour is not confirmed?

If the tour does not meet the minimum group size, you may:

  • Transfer to another available date

  • Convert to a private tour (subject to revised pricing)

  • Receive a full refund of payments made

International air tickets are not included unless otherwise stated. We can assist with ticket purchase for a service fee.

Can I customise the itinerary?

Our listed itineraries are curated and fixed for operational efficiency and accessibility planning. Minor adjustments may be possible, subject to feasibility and revised quotation.

What is your cancellation policy?

Cancellation terms vary depending on destination and supplier conditions. The exact cancellation policy will be stated in your quotation and booking confirmation.

Important Notes

  1. Group Size & Tour Leader
  • The recommended group size is 2–8 pax (including 2 wheelchair users) ideal for best accessibility experience. Larger groups are available upon request.
  • There will not be a local Singapore tour leader accompanying the group, unless otherwise indicated. The tour will be hosted by our overseas accessible agency partner.
  1. International Air Tickets
  • International air tickets are not included in this package.
  • We can arrange air tickets on your behalf, subject to a 10% service fee.
  • A series of flight boarding and wheelchair safety guidelines will be provided to ensure smooth and safe travel arrangements, particularly for wheelchair users.
  1. Travel Documents & Visa Requirements

All travellers are responsible for ensuring that:

  • Passports are valid for at least 6 months from the date of departure from the final destination in the itinerary.
  • All required visas, entry permits, passes, licences, vaccinations, health certificates and other travel approvals are obtained prior to travel.
  • Names provided for booking exactly match the name reflected in the passport. Any amendments will incur applicable charges.

We may, at our discretion, assist with visa applications for a service fee. However, approval of any visa application is not guaranteed and remains the responsibility of the traveller.

If a tour reservation is cancelled due to failure to meet passport, visa or entry requirements, it will be treated as a cancellation on the scheduled departure date and subject to applicable cancellation charges.

  1. Travel Insurance

While compulsory local insurance coverage is included as required under Taiwanese law, all travellers are strongly encouraged to purchase comprehensive personal travel insurance.

This should cover unforeseen events such as baggage loss, flight delays, medical emergencies, travel disruptions, airline or agency insolvency, or changes in government regulations (including quarantine requirements).

We shall not be responsible for losses arising from such events.

  1. Safety & Guiding Arrangements
  • For safety reasons, when the driver-guide is driving, guiding commentary may be limited as the driver will prioritise road safety.
  1. Working Hours & Overtime

In accordance with Taiwan’s labour regulations:

  • Maximum working hours for tour guides: 12 hours per day
  • If using a vehicle with 18 seats or more, driver’s maximum working hours: 11 hours per day
  • Except in emergencies, drivers and guides cannot work beyond 10:00 PM
  • Overtime charges may apply where permitted by law.
  1. Vehicle & Luggage
  • Please inform your consultant in advance of the number and size of luggage pieces. Additional vehicle arrangements due to excess luggage will incur extra charges.
  1. Itinerary Adjustments
  • Please note that the listed itineraries are fixed and curated specifically for general wheelchair users. Any modifications will require a revised quotation. We will advise accordingly and provide recommendations based on the profile and needs of the travellers.
  • When in-destination, we aim to provide a flexible and enjoyable experience. Any requested itinerary changes should be discussed at least one day in advance with the tour guide and are subject to feasibility and additional charges if applicable.
