She’s a certified trainer since 2006, with a proven track record of delivering Tourist Guide Programs and is highly rated by clients.  Eliza’s diverse background, from managing events to leading tours, allows her to create well-rounded and engaging training experiences.

Eliza has held the ACTA certification since 2009.
