A third-generation Chinese, Diana is a born and bred Singaporean tour guide and trainer with over 30 years of experience in the industry.

Diana is conversant in 4 languages and frequently hosts international visitors and VIPs.

She started tourism related training in 2003 and has held an ACTA certification since 2018.
