I had the privilege of being trained by Eliza at Enabling Village for tour guiding for persons with disabilities, and it was an incredibly enriching experience. Eliza’s approachability and deep knowledge made the sessions engaging and easy to grasp. The training content was well-structured, avoiding unnecessary complexity, which ensured that everyone could follow along comfortably.
Eliza, along with Yock Song, provided invaluable support throughout the training, always ready to assist and answer our questions. The duration of the training was just right, allowing ample time to absorb and practice the skills taught.
Most importantly, the training has significantly boosted my confidence in conducting tours. I now feel well-prepared and empowered to provide meaningful and inclusive guiding experiences.
