Program Focus: Disability Awareness & Inclusive Team Dynamics
Program Objectives:
- To increase awareness and understanding of the challenges faced by individuals with disabilities.

Program Format: Highly interactive and engaging, featuring:
- Experiential Activities: Participants will engage in simulations and activities that allow them to experience aspects of disability (e.g., navigating with visual

The Enabling Village Team-Building Challenge is an immersive, hands-on experience designed to raise awareness about disability, inclusion, and universal design. Teams of 4–5 participants embark on a series of engaging and thought-provoking stations across the village, where they will experience various disability-related challenges while working together to complete tasks.
Each station focuses on a different aspect of inclusion and accessibility, encouraging participants to step into the shoes of others, communicate effectively under constraints, and develop new perspectives on accessibility.
