10:00am - Tour Itinerary
- 10:00 AM: Meet at Queenstown MRT Control Station. Brief introduction and overview.

- 11:00 AM: Interaction with a HDB homeowner at their flat.

- 72 Hours or Less: For cancellations made within 72 hours of the tour commencement time, a 50% cancellation fee will be applied.
- 48 Hours or Less: For cancellations made within 48 hours of the tour commencement time, a 100% cancellation fee will be applied.

A child is defined as being between 7 and 12 years old. An adult is considered 13 years old and above. Most of our experiences are free for children 6 years old and younger.
Every child under 12 years old must be accompanied by an adult throughout the tour duration.
