CWAS is a charity with IPC status, and its key mission is to bring joy to seniors, especially lonely or isolated seniors, through reminiscence therapy. Our current tool for reminiscence therapy is e-trishaw rides. These e-trishaw rides have proven to bring joy to seniors and help them build a more positive outlook. Beyond bringing joy to seniors, we go a step further to empower them to age actively by offering opportunities to volunteer with the charity as either bicycle mechanics or Trishaw Cruise Guides at places of interest.

45 minutes - Tour Itinerary
Starting from Bayfront Pavilion, the 45 minutes trishaw experience covers:
- Artscience Museum
- Marina Bay Sands
- Red Dot Design Museum
- Gardens by the Bay Conservatory Domes
End at either Gardens by the Bay Cloud Forest entrance or Bayfront Pavilion
Frequently Asked Questions
Dress casually, bring umbrella, water and a hat/cap
This activity is suitable for wheelchair users who can transfer themselves independently onboard the trishaw. However, we are unable to provide storage or care for the wheelchair during the ride on the trishaw.
Rides will be cancelled and refunded during rain/lightning risk
A safety marshal will always be with the trishaw to ensure maximum safety of pathway usage with other users i.e. joggers, cyclists.
The guide details and any administrative information will be communicated via email at least 2 days prior to the tour commencement date.
Cancellation Policy
- 72 Hours or Less: For cancellations made within 72 hours of the tour commencement time, a 50% cancellation fee will be applied.
- 48 Hours or Less: For cancellations made within 48 hours of the tour commencement time, a 100% cancellation fee will be applied.
Please Note: Cancellations can significantly impact our operations. We incur costs for resources and pre-payments to ensure a smooth tour experience. We appreciate your understanding of this policy.
A child is defined as being between 7 and 12 years old. An adult is considered 13 years old and above. Most of our experiences are free for children 6 years old and younger.
Every child under 12 years old must be accompanied by an adult throughout the tour duration.
